Return Policy:

• For any cancellations be sure to request a cancellation number in order to insure your request is handled correctly
• For damaged items call us to get instructions on what to do.
• Non damaged items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment. A fee of 15% of the order total will be charged for credit card order, non damaged type returns (ie you didnt want it)    This is only to cover the cost of credit card processing fees both the purchase and return.    Sorry but this adds up quick!    After 7 days an additional charge of 10% will be deducted from the refund.
• Please call us first before returning your goods to get a return authorization number.    If you dont call your shipment will be refused and returned to you.
• Returns will be credited the amount of the cost of the item minus the re stock fee and shipping costs.  
• The shipping charges for the original shipment will not be refunded.  If shipping was free on the original shipment you will be charged for the shipping the cost if you return the item.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging
• Items must be packaged to eliminate damage
• We cannot be responsible for lost or broken return items. Items need to be insured with UPS, about $.35 per $100 of goods.
• You pay the return shipping.
